Chicago Maintenance & Construction Company LLC has a written quality programme which complies with the requirements of the International Standards Organisation and ISO 9001:2008 and we take pride in meeting and, where possible, exceeding the levels of our Quality Management System.

The policy of Chicago Maintenance & Construction Company LLC is to determine, agree and conform to our client’s needs and expectations, whilst fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 together with all our statutory and regulatory requirements.

Our commitment to quality and client satisfaction remains at the core of our business operations since the Company’s foundation. To assist our project teams in delivering some of the most prestigious and challenging projects in accordance with ever increasing levels of client expectation, we adhere to ISO accredited Quality Management Systems. These Quality Management Systems are continually audited both internally by our Company Quality Department and externally by independent external auditors to ensure our operations are being conducted in accordance with best international practice at all times.

The management team is committed to this quality policy and will provide all the necessary resources, education and training to ensure that these policy objectives are achieved, and where possible exceeded.
